The service

We provide cleaning for homes, apartments and offices in central Yerevan, carried out by cleaners engaged by us.

A booking is a request. It is confirmed once we contact you and accept it. We may decline a booking — for example if we have no availability, or the address is outside the area we serve.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD) before you book. The price shown for your chosen service is the price that applies, unless the work required differs materially from what you described.

If the work turns out to be substantially larger than described, we will tell you before continuing and agree a price with you.

You choose how to pay when you book. If you choose cash, you pay the cleaners on the day, once the work is done.

If you choose card, nothing is charged when you book. We confirm the final price with you first, then contact you to take payment by card or Apple Pay. Payments are taken in Armenian dram (AMD).

Card payments are handled by our bank. We never see or store your card number, and transactions are protected by 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

A card payment appears on your statement under our trading name, MyMaid, or our registered name, «ՔԼԻՆԻՆԳ ՍԵՐՎԻՍԻՍ» ՍՊԸ.

Cancellations, changes and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with.

Access to your property

You are responsible for providing access at the agreed time. If our cleaner cannot get in and we cannot reach you, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

Please tell us in advance about pets, alarms, fragile items, or anything else that affects the work.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate contact details and address, and secure valuables and confidential documents before we arrive.

You agree not to approach our cleaners to arrange work privately outside this service.

If something goes wrong

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 48 hours of the cleaning and we will put it right — normally by re-cleaning the affected areas at no charge.

If we damage something through our fault, contact us promptly and we will discuss a fair resolution. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were already faulty.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
