This explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you book: your name, phone number, address, and the date and time you chose. Email and notes if you provide them.
Photographs of your property, if you choose to send them. These are optional, are used only to price and carry out your cleaning, and are visible to us and to the cleaners assigned to your booking. We delete them from our servers as soon as we confirm your booking.
If you create an account: your name, phone number, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
If you message us or leave a review: what you wrote and the contact details you gave.
Why we use it
To carry out the cleaning you booked, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the work for our accounts.
To let you sign in and see your own bookings.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The owner of the business can see all booking details.
The cleaner assigned to your booking sees your first name and last initial, your address, and your notes. Your phone number stays hidden until they need it around the time of the appointment, and each time it is shown is recorded.
Other cleaners cannot see your booking at all.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored using Google Firebase, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The website is hosted by Vercel.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records while they are needed to run the business and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Armenian law.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mymaid.am and we will respond.
Cookies
We use a small number of our own cookies: keeping you signed in, remembering your chosen language, and recording which of our own links brought you to the site, so we can tell which of our adverts are worth paying for. That last one stores only the name of the channel, such as "instagram". We do not use advertising cookies, we load no third-party trackers, and none of this is shared with anyone else.
